Some time ago Mindy began to ask the Lord what His purpose was for her. She knew all the plans He has for her are good (Jeremiah 29:11) and they absolutely have been. Even in the darkest of times, His will and plan have always worked together for her good. She just knew He has made all these plans for/in her for a greater purpose. The Bible says, "If any of you lacks wisdom let him ask God who gives generously..."James 1:5

 

The bigger picture of her passion and purpose is to reclaim and bring awareness to the healing that an almighty, all powerful, all knowing, ever loving God intended for His people through the plants HE created! Jeremiah 8:22 talks about this very thing and asks the question of "Why are we not using it?"

 

How amazing is that?! God knew and provided EVERYTHING we as humans would ever need, to heal the hurt and cure the illnesses that these bodies would endure. These remedies are here at our fingertips and most people (yes, even/especially Christians) don't even give them a second look. We all too often look only to the remedies and drugs that man has made. Yes, they are sometimes needed. But... what if God provided a cure that had no adverse side effects and would make us whole again, without only treating a symptom? Why are we not looking for the cure that the one who formed us in our mother's womb (Ps 139:13) created and provided just for our intricate human bodies? I know why... Hosea 4:6 answers this very thing… Lack of knowledge. So many "other" religions and people groups have seen, used, experienced and believed in this materia medica and we look at them as "weird". When in reality OUR father created all of this for US! We have to stop rejecting this cure and accept the knowledge that will allow healing from on high to flow over, in and through us, accepting the great gifts our God and Father provided from the earth He also created for us to enjoy.

 

Let's reclaim this gift and enjoy all the benefits of a healthy, happy & full life in The Land of the Living!
